Thus, 6-hydroxyluteolin 6,7,3',4'-tetramethyl ether is considered to be a flavonoid lipid molecule. 6-hydroxyluteolin 6,7,3',4'-tetramethyl ether is practically insoluble (in water) and a very weakly acidic compound (based on its pKa). 6-hydroxyluteolin 6,7,3',4'-tetramethyl ether can be found in mandarin orange (clementine, tangerine) and spearmint, which makes 6-hydroxyluteolin 6,7,3',4'-tetramethyl ether a potential biomarker for the consumption of these food products. </description>
